Empine Group appoints Katy Morris

Darwen-based print marketing firm Empine Group has appointed Katy Morris as office manager as part of its expansion plans for the year ahead.

Katy brings a wealth of experience in both corporate and marketing agency environments to the role. She previously worked at Forbes Solicitors and was a business development executive at a Chorley-based marketing company.

In her new role, she will be responsible for the back-office operations of the business as well ask spearheading the education arm of Empine.

Jacob Knowles, who co-founded Empine with Anthony Taylor, said: “Katy’s clear hunger for growth and progression as well as excellent communication skills meant she was the ideal candidate to help take the business to the next level.

"With Katy comes an array of improved processes and efficiencies which are undoubtedly going to improve Empine’s service level not just with new clients but our existing clients that we want to help grow also.”

Empine's growth strategy includes creating a further two new roles over the next 12 months.
