Emma Swan joins Forbes

Highly regarded employment lawyer Emma Swan has joined Forbes as a partner in the employment team and will be based at the firm’s Central Lancashire office.

She has a loyal client base of Lancashire businesses which she has built up during her career.

Forbes said Emma takes a dynamic and pragmatic approach to find workable commercial solutions for her clients and has particular experience in advising clients at a strategic level in restructures, transfers, mergers and acquisitions; advising on TUPE; conducting advocacy in employment tribunal cases and providing advice on daily HR issues, particularly involving discrimination issues.
