Emma joins Napthens’ specialist HR team

HR specialist Emma Christian has joined regional law firm Napthens’ specialist People Projects team. 

Emma joins Napthens’ East Lancashire office in Blackburn as a People Consultant from HR consultants Peninsula. In her new role she will deliver and support training, provide HR planning, project support and an onsite HR provision for clients. 

People Projects is Napthens’ HR and people management support service – a dedicated team of specialists working alongside the firm’s wider Employment & HR team.

Emma, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) has more than 13 years’ HR experience, both as a consultant and working in-house, and specialises in complex employee relation matters. 

Chris Boyle, head of Employment and HR at Napthens, said: “Emma’s background both in-house and as a consultant means she brings real benefit to our clients. 

“Employment and HR issues can be highly complex, sensitive, and take managers away from the day-to-day running of a business.
