Easter fun for half term with Oswaldtwistle Mills as they launch a new event programme

HAVE SOME EASTER FUN FOR HALF TERM WITH OSWALDTWISTLE MILLS AS THEY LAUNCH A NEW EVENT PROGRAMME Picture_ The Nest Farm School.jpg.jpg

There are lots of fun activities in store for visitors to Oswaldtwistle Mills over the Easter holidays, with a packed schedule of activities available now to book.

All events are low cost, interactive and a great experience for children. With various time slots available for each day, and lots of activity days to choose from, there's sure to be something to take your fancy!

Monday, 7 April Spring Arts & Crafts Workshop - create and craft session, bee weaving crafts, cotton wool lambs, bunnies & lady birds plus colouring pages, puzzles, stickers and storytime.

Wednesday, 9 April Sand Art Workshop - unleash your creativity at our exciting Sand Art workshop, this hands-on activity will let your little artist explore the vibrant world of colourful sand.

Thursday, 10 April Easter Magic show - 45-minute fantastic comedy magic show that will have everybody amazed, and also rolling about with laughter.

Monday, 14 April Make your own photo frame workshop - get creative in this 45-minute workshop and create your very own photo frame to take away.

Wednesday, 16 April Slime workshop - Calling all slime lovers! Join us for a hands-on squishy, and super fun slime workshop where your child can make their very own slime masterpiece.

Friday, April 18 and Saturday, April 19 Easter Egg Hunt & Nest Petting Zoo - Nest Farm will be here with a mix of Rabbits, Chicks, Ducklings, Goats (not all animals here both days). Pet, Snuggle & Cuddle the animals with photo opportunity, make and take craft activity. Milk the glass goat then take part in our Easter egg hunt around store and collect your Easter egg when you've finished!

Nick Pitman, managing director of Oswaldtwistle Mills, is looking forward to seeing lots of children enjoying the activities. He said, "Easter is a great and fun time of year for us, and we're always really pleased to be able to put on a low cost, packed schedule of activities for children.

"They're always really popular and people will need to book. Don't forget to visit our outdoor picnic garden and wildfowl reserve while you're here! We also have some lovely Easter gifts and displays in store, and our Garden Centre is packed full of spring colour. We're looking forward to a fabulous half term!"
