DTE Corporate Finance has strengthened its team with the appointment of two new corporate finance executives, Ben Fallows and Heeral Ruparelia. The new appointments are reflective of the continued growth achieved and strong pipeline of work over the next twelve months.

Ben Fallows joined the team in August 2022 after spending four years at Grant Thornton in Liverpool where he completed his ACA qualification. During this time, Ben gained extensive experience working across a wide range of sectors and different-sized entities. This experience bodes well as Ben continues to develop at DTE. During the first few months, Ben has gained experience across financial modelling as well as assisting with several Financial Due Diligence assignments for Bank and Private Equity funders.

Ben commented: “I have really enjoyed my time in the Corporate Finance team since I started in August. I have been involved in several due diligence assignments for various businesses. Through this, I have built on my previous knowledge and learnt the key areas of focus in a due diligence report. I am looking forward to continuing to develop my skills and help on future transactions.”

Heeral Ruparelia has recently joined the team in October 2022 following her time at PWC in Manchester. Similarly to Ben, Heeral gained her ACA qualification whilst at PWC and is looking forward to expanding her skill set across the Lead Advisory and Financial Due Diligence service lines at DTE. Heeral's experience within the Financial Services sector will complement the team's existing expertise in this area.

Heeral said: “I am delighted to have joined the Corporate Finance team at DTE. Having 3 years of financial services audit experience under my belt, I’m excited to work with clients from various sectors and develop a range of new skills.”

Matt Beckley, partner and head of corporate finance, stated: “We are thrilled to welcome Ben and Heeral to our Corporate Finance and Transaction Support teams. They are outstanding individuals and fit perfectly into our strategy as we continue to grow and invest in top quality personnel.

"We wish the two of them all the very best for a bright future.”
