In November, DRN embarked on a month-long initiative to provide a free will writing service in partnership with the Will Aid charity, helping customers to protect their future and that of their families, whilst raising a significant amount for Will Aid.
The suggested donation to Will Aid for this service was £90. This represented a 50% cost saving versus the normal price of a basic will. Furthermore, mirrored wills were offered for couples for a suggested donation of just £150.
In keeping with supporting children’s charities, DRN also observed Christmas Jumper Day in their offices on Friday 15, December. Christmas Jumper Day is an initiative from Save the Children, and taking part resulted in the DRN staff making donations to Save the Children via this initiative.
In addition to helping children, DRN have also donated £1,000 to Pendleside Hospice. An organisation that does a wonderful job to help those in the local community who are coming to the end of their lives.
