Digital marketing apprentice joins Breathe Therapies

Breathe Therapies are pleased to announce the addition of Lucy Baines to our marketing team! Lucy has recently come on board in June as a Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprentice through the Baltic Apprenticeships programme. This is Breathe’s first time working with Baltic Apprenticeships!

Baltic Apprenticeships are a tech-focused training provider. They specialise in IT, software development, digital marketing, and data analysis. Their programmes blend technical training with hands-on industry experience, helping people develop the knowledge they need to thrive in tech and digital roles.  

Beth Liddle, account relationship manager at Baltic Apprenticeships stresses the importance of apprenticeships for individuals like Lucy saying: “We’re so pleased to have helped Lucy start her career as a Digital Marketing Apprentice with Breathe Therapies and look forward to seeing what she can achieve over the next 12 months.

"With many options available to young people finishing college, deciding next steps can be challenging. Apprenticeships are now a popular option amongst college leavers as they are a tried and tested route to launching a career in a specific field.”

Lucy recently completed her A-Levels in Psychology, Criminology and Sociology at Cardinal Newman College. Before COVID-19, dance was a main career pathway for Lucy, however after thinking long and hard she knew marketing was what she wanted to do.

Lucy enjoys creating content for her social media platforms such as Instagram which sparked her interest in the marketing sector.

Lucy adds: “I am really looking forward to working at Breathe as my role combines Marketing with the Psychology/Mental Health side which I loved studying at college. I also love how Breathe is a not-for-profit organisation and that there is no waiting list for treatment which is incredible.”
