The Diamond Dog Club, located in Surrey, has been sold to first-time buyers after the marketing campaign generated high amounts of interest in the business with four viewings and three strong offers received. The sale was advised by the expert team at Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

The Diamond Dog Club was established in 2007 by the current owner and operates from an idyllic location in the town of Radstock. The business is also managed by the owner who has successfully cemented an excellent reputation for The Diamond Dog Club and the variety of services it provides. This is shown by the excellent reviews the business receives on social media as the Facebook page has more than 850 followers and numerous 5-star reviews.

The business offers dog grooming, walking services, overnight boarding and a day care centre, with dog owners having a plethora of services to choose from. It can accommodate 18 dogs and provides walks through the 138 acres of private countryside that surrounds the business.

After successfully establishing the business and creating a loyal client based, the owner wished to sell due to a lifestyle change and instructed Redwoods Dowling Kerr in the sale. Our unique campaign received high amounts of interest and the business was sold to first-time buyers.

The buyers were attracted to The Diamond Dog Club due to its success and the prospect of a new venture. They intend to keep running the businesses successfully.

Upon completion of the sale, the vendor said: “I cannot thank Redwoods enough for the way they handled the sale of my business. Sophie has made the whole process so easy and I owe her my thanks. I am inexperienced in business sales but she made it easy to understand”.

The buyer said: “Our experience was good, we have never done anything like this before. The level of service was high, and, upon completion, we felt so much joy, relief and slight nerves of the future. We would recommend Kings as Sophie was professional and helpful throughout”.

Experienced sales negotiator Sophie Wane said: “I am really pleased that we found our vendor a buyer within three months of coming to the market. I wish both parties all the best with their future endeavours”.
