Contractor accountancy and payroll specialist Danbro has passed a rigorous assessment to retain its highly sought-after Customer First accreditation.

Customer First is the UK’s national standard for customer service. It recognises companies that place exemplary service at the heart of everything they do.

Danbro delivers umbrella, limited company and CIS services to more than 6,000 freelancers, contract workers, interim managers and temporary staff throughout the UK.

Helen Broughton, director of people and standards at Danbro said: “Here at Danbro we go above and beyond to deliver a hassle-free service that requires minimal input from both recruiter and contractor. As such we continually open our doors to external auditors and accrediting bodies to ensure our friendly, professional and compliant service remains at the cutting edge.

“By retaining our Customer First accreditation, Danbro is sending a clear signal to recruiters and contractors alike that they can partner with us in full confidence.”

Danbro is currently accredited by five external accountancy, industry and customer service bodies including PCG, Professional Passport, IIP, ISO and Customer First. It is also an accredited employer for AAT, ACCA, and CIMA and an affiliate of APSCo. Helen concludes: “Moving forwards, we are keen to speak with any recruitment consultancies or contractors interested in seeing how we can work with them to save them time and money.”
