Danbro announces Jubilee House blog

Leading contractor accountancy firm Danbro is announcing the launch of a community blog to document the transformation of the former Land Registry building in Lytham.

Danbro, which provides accountancy and payroll services to contractors and freelancers throughout the UK, acquired the 77,400 sq ft building in 2012 and renamed it Jubilee House.

Helen Broughton, founder and director of people and standards at Danbro, is keen to encourage members of the community to visit the blog site and use the platform to engage with the project.

She said: “Jubilee House is an iconic building that has a special place in the hearts and minds of Lytham locals. Not only is this project vital for the regeneration of the town, it will be very exciting to see its progression. As such, we are delighted to be launching the blog as a platform to keep the community updated as the build progresses.”

Work has already begun on-site with the demolition of the central and south blocks. Once complete in 18-24 months, Jubilee House will contain more than 60,000 sq ft of office space and 20 high-specification apartments.

Helen concludes: “We look forward to engaging with members of the community on this fantastic project and would encourage anybody who is interested in Jubilee House to submit photos and share their thoughts with us!” For regular updates on the progress please visit www.jubileehouselytham.co.uk.
