Customer focus: Limitless Digital Group

Established in 2004 and headquartered in Lancashire, Limitless Digital Group is the parent company of a number of best-selling brands, including Hudson Reed, Best Heating, and Big Bathroom Shop. With a wide offering of over 20,000 products, the company enjoys an excellent reputation across the UK and overseas.

“We began working alongside Limitless Digital Group back in 2009, and we’ve maintained a great relationship with them since, taking care of the distribution needs for two of their brands - Best Heating and Big Bathroom Shop,” says F&W business development director, Graham Clare.

“They supply their products in nine countries, and we’re pleased to support the UK aspect of the business, collecting goods from their Burnley site, which is close to our own, incorporating them into our distribution network, and completing deliveries directly to the end user.”

“There are a number of reasons why we continue to rely upon Fagan & Whalley for the distribution of our products,” says Andy Carr, operations general manager at Limitless Digital Group.

“Previously, we had used several carriers, however we realised that there were a lot of damaged goods being reported, and due to our strict quality control, it was clear that the damage could only have been caused when the goods were in transit.

“When it came to looking for a replacement distribution company, Fagan & Whalley stood out to us as they’re a local business with headquarters not too far from our own, and we’d seen their trucks out and about on the roads. We deal with a lot of volume daily, so it was important to find a company that could handle that, whilst also taking care with our products in order to reduce the damage being caused to goods when out for delivery.

"Within the first few months of working with Fagan & Whalley, we noticed the number of damages coming down almost straight away, and the service we received from them, when compared with our previous carrier, was better too.

“Our Trustpilot rating is the pride of our business, and it’s one of the things that sets us apart from our competitors. The fact that our ratings have remained consistently high since we brought Fagan & Whalley on board is really a reflection on their services. Fagan & Whalley is a great local company which employs a great team of people, who always work with us to resolve any issues whenever they crop up. Their communication with our teams is brilliant, and they’ll regularly come to us with suggestions for how our processes can be improved, many of which we have implemented with great success.

“During the pandemic, we saw our business grow by around 60%, as everyone was staying in and investing in making improvements to their home. We’re now twice as busy as we were in 2019, and it’s a relief knowing that we are working alongside a great, local business who will continue to provide an excellent level of service and support our own business in growing from strength to strength.”
