Custard renews deal with Liverpool FC
Leyland digital marketing agency Custard has snapped up a 12 month contract with Premiership giants Liverpool Football Club.This is the second year Custard has been appointed by the Premiership football club’s retail department to manage the pay-per-click work for its official online store.
Sam Allcock, managing director of Custard, said: “We were tasked with driving additional traffic and building a strong return on investment to store.liverpoolfc.com, as well as generating new customers for the site. We work closely with the retail team to ensure that all products and promotions are marketed via numerous paid search channels such as Google AdWords, Bing Ads and Facebook." Chris Jennions, retail marketing manager, Liverpool Football Club, said: “Due to their deep understanding of search activity and excellent account management, Liverpool FC Retail believes that Custard is the right agency to manage and implement our paid search strategy. We are extremely happy to be working with them again throughout 2015.”
