In addition, they provide expert support and guidance with  disciplinary hearings, grievances, and any other employee issues . They work tirelessly to ensure their clients  businesses  become desirable workplaces and proactively partner with them on employee benefits, reward and recognition, training, development and wellbeing.

CUBE HR managing director Lisa Sourbutts said: “We are all absolutely delighted to be named Service Business of the Year.  Our team work tirelessly to provide an excellent service to our clients, and this has not faltered once, even with how busy we have been over the last year.  We are honoured that our commitment has been recognised with a BIBA.  The £2000 price money will be put towards the teams future development so we can continue to be best in class”
