CUBE HR welcomes new shareholder and director

Burnley based CUBE HR, are delighted to announce that Claire Brockbank has become a director and shareholder.

The multi awarding winning HR consultancy has grown from strength to strength over the years and Claire has been a major part of the journey.  

Lisa Sourbutts, managing director at CUBE HR, said: “Claire was our first employee and from the start it was obvious that she was very invested in helping me grow the business.  Her ability to improve our processes, use technology to make the client journey seamless, and the relationship she has with our clients, shone through from day 1 and I was delighted to offer her this opportunity.”

Claire said: “I’ve just celebrated my six year anniversary with CUBE HR and to be also afforded the opportunity become a director and shareholder is like the best anniversary present! 

"Having started at CUBE HR when it was just me and Lisa, I’ve been a large part of the growth of the business and because of this, it’s always felt like my business, even though it wasn’t my name on the letterhead. This just helps to strengthen that passion I have for what we do.”

CUBE HR provide expert HR and Employment Law support to businesses that are not large enough to have their own in-house HR team or need some additional support for larger scale projects.  Their smallest client has 2 staff and their largest client has 2000 staff.
