Crow Wood Hotel & Spa Resort proudly announces its new partnership with Tree-V, a renowned company specialising in carbon offsetting automotive emissions. This ground-breaking initiative underscores Crow Wood’s unwavering commitment to environmental sustainability.

In a conscious effort to reduce its carbon footprint, Crow Wood Hotel & Spa Resort has taken the innovative step of carbon offsetting 100 miles of travel for every conference delegate. By partnering with Tree-V, a company dedicated to carbon balancing automotive emissions, Crow Wood aims to mitigate the environmental impact of delegate travel. 

Tree-V specialises in protecting forests and the invaluable carbon dioxide (CO2) they store. The partnership entails the preservation of forestry that, in turn, counterbalances emissions from transport commuting to the hotel for conferences or events.

Amanda Spark, Crow Wood Hotel & Spa Resort’s revenue and events manager, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating: “Combined with our existing sustainability initiatives across the resort, and our ongoing efforts to maintain eco-friendly operational practices, we are thrilled with this partnership. We eagerly anticipate sharing our progress with Tree-V and our commitment to a greener future.”

Tree-V’s dedication to enabling non-EV drivers to reduce their carbon footprint aligns seamlessly with Crow Wood’s eco-conscious ethos. The Tree-V project prevents deforestation, that in-turn leads to the restoration of forestry previously cleared for grazing lands. With all projects, Tree-V aims to improve sanitation, equality, education and numerous other important social issues where their efforts will have a lasting impact.
