Rossendale based Bigtank Video Production have been chosen to create a video to showcase the unique partnership between Casey and Creative Football, an organisation which helps adults overcome mental wellbeing challenges through the power of football.

Creative Football is one of the projects supported by Together an Active Future (TaAF), a Sport England funded pilot across Pennine Lancashire.  To ensure long-term sustainability Creative Football are looking to develop mutually beneficial relationships with companies and the partnership they have developed with Casey has changed the lives of two Creative Football participants by providing them with employment opportunities.

However the production of the video has done far more than showcase this partnership.  Bigtank captured so much valuable content that Alison Whittaker-Stewart, Comms & Marketing Lead for TaAF who managed the campaign, asked Bigtank to create three different versions of the video and six soundbites to help Creative Football promote their services with different audiences; people who are referred to the service, health care professionals and prospective corporate supporters.

The soundbites answer questions including ‘How is Creative Football different’ and ‘How can Creative Football support your company’? If you’d like to watch the soundbites visit: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCo7sQOcBC3sARQ_CaIzqwAw

Paul Davies at Creative Football comments that “its early days to determine the full impact of the videos, but after just a week the video led to us working with a new organisation who have assisted us in finding a new venue enabling us to extend our service in a new area.  In addition the number of followers on our social media has increased, the number of re-tweets and shares of the posts which include the soundbite videos are double compared to our posts which include photos, the visits to our website have gone up and more importantly the videos have encouraged new people to attend the football sessions”.

If you feel your company could support Creative Football or feel some of your employees may benefit from their support, find out more by visiting www.creativefootball.co.uk or email [email protected].
