Bolton-le-Sands based brand marketing agency Better With Jam is celebrating exciting new local and London based project wins, which has prompted a new hire and internal promotions to strengthen and support the senior team.

Better With Jam will be working with London based Peter Couper Architects on its branding and website. Peter - a highly creative, intuitive architect working with high net worth clients, designing their homes across London – was looking for an agency to create a brand that would communicate his brand values with respect.

Better With Jam is working on a number of branding projects including brand refresh and re-positioning of Packet Bridge Fish and Chips in Bolton-le-Sands, renaming and branding Lancashire Cheesecakes to Gorgeous! plus a brand refresh for Pennine Way Preserves, an artisan producer who have been making preserves in Galgate for over 40 years.

The agency’s new project wins, alongside its growing portfolio of clients, which includes, Quite Simply French, Chemtrac at The Reach Centre at Lancaster University and Lancaster City Council has resulted in a series of promotions and a new hire.

Former account director, Rachel Gill, has been promoted to client services director to support clients in navigating the changing face of brand communications and offer them valuable and integrated solutions to the challenges they face as a business.

Peter Lane has been promoted to Senior Designer after two and a half years with the company, and Leeds University graduate Lily Fielding, from Carnforth, has joined Better With Jam as a Team Assistant after a two month work experience stint in New York.

Better With Jam managing director, Janie Ash said: “We’re delighted to have won these two new clients in Lancashire and London, which are testament to the creativity and hard work of the team.”

“We’re also so pleased to have promoted Rachel and Peter, both extremely well deserved, and welcome Lily to our Better With Jam family. We firmly believe in ‘growing our own’ and investing in our team to develop their skills. With brands investing heavily in digital and innovative interactive work; mobile, tablet, experiential, all our team has to be, and is, ahead of the game.”

“The four cornerstones of our success are happiness, creativity, teamwork and partnership, and we believe that when brands seek potential partners, our distinctive culture provides a real point of difference - it certainly helped us to stand out from the pack on these occasions.” Other client work by Better With Jam includes projects for Gail Escolme Legal Services, Hall & Smith and MJ Bird & Son.
