Create Homes is pleased to announce that it has now received planning permission for its recently acquired housing development site in Elswick, Fylde. The proposals for the £13 development secured planning permission for the delivery of 50 new homes. Sales at ‘Chapel Mill’ will commence in the Autumn.

EXCITING HIGH-QUALITY HOUSE DESIGNS

The private portfolio of homes at ‘Chapel Mill’ will be delivered under their new premium brand – the Create Homes’ ‘Prestige Collection’, the first of which are now currently under construction at ‘The Sandpipers’ development in Longridge.

The new Create Homes house types have been designed for the more discerning buyer who expects design, quality, space and the perfect location.

The new homes on offer at ‘Chapel Mill’ will include ‘The Ribbleton’ – a detached executive four bed home with integral garage and ‘The Whittingham’ - a spacious detached four bed family home with separate garage. Additionally, there is a range of further house type designs now being added to the ‘Prestige Collection’, including ‘The Grimsargh’ – a beautiful three bed home, and ‘The Broughton’, a four bed family home – all offering a choice of spacious living options.

Andrew Booth, Managing Director at  Create Homes commented: “Following the success of our developments in Inskip, Pilling, Longton and promising early reservations at our recent launch in Longridge, we are delighted to have secured planning permission for this site. By continuing to provide high-quality housing,  Create Homes allow purchasers the opportunity of home working in well-located countryside locations, whilst enjoying a high quality modern life-style. I look forward to welcoming families to their new homes in this fantastic countryside location as soon as possible.”

Reflective of local need, Create will also be including the provision of 15 shared-ownership starter homes, to help people get on the property ladder.

QUALITY AND STYLE

Properties at ‘Chapel Mill’, Elswick will offer exceptional levels of specification throughout – including SieMatic kitchens by Stuart Frazer, integrated Neff appliances, security systems, fast car charging points, block paving and a fully fenced & turfed rear garden, along with beautiful countryside on the doorstep. As with all Create Homes, quality fixtures and fittings come as standard, as well as large plot sizes and a customer service that is second to none. Customers will be able to personalise their homes with a range of exciting options, such as Create’s new Kitchen Colour Collections and a range of upgrades to suit their taste, giving them the ability to make their homes unique to them and their style.

THE PERFECT LOCATION

Elswick is a rural village and civil parish on the Fylde in Lancashire, close to Great Eccleston with a good mixture of small independent shops, pubs and a post office. With easy reach of the coast and seaside town of Blackpool and the M55, with quick access to the M6, M65 and M61 motorways, the location is ideal for commuters who are looking for a convenient and beautiful village location to bring up their family and for those who work from home or wish to retire.

Properties will be released for reservation later in the year. To pre-register your interest in ‘Chapel Mill’ - Elswick, please contact the Sales Team at Create Homes on 07554 433118 or email them at [email protected]
