Create Homes announces new development in South Ribble

By Create Construction

29 May 2019

After the launch of their two successful developments, St. Petersfield’s and Ash Meadows in Inskip, Create Homes has recently acquired another housing development plot in South Ribble, with plans to bring eight new exclusive barn style properties to the market in 2020.

‘The Farriers’ will be a small, select development, consisting of 8 barn style properties, nestled off Station Road, Little Hoole. The exclusive rural plot will provide6 spacious semi-detached 4 & 5 bed homes, 1 large detached 4 bed home and 1 large detached 5 bed home.

‘The Farriers’: quality barn style homes for contemporary rural living: With close proximity to Preston and within 45 minutes to Liverpool, Southport and Manchester, buyers will be able to enjoy country-style living with an easy commute. Longton village is just five minutes away, offering a supermarket, post office and pubs, as well as convenience shops and cafés… and with just a short stroll to Longton Marsh and the River Douglas, the location is also a walker’s paradise.

Andrew Wright, managing director at Create Homes commented: “Following on from the success of our developments in Inskip, we are delighted with our acquisition of this new development site in South Ribble. It is an exciting addition to our expanding portfolio of residential developments.”

Each barn style home has been designed to fit in sympathetically with an existing barn conversion in the locality. All of the eight properties will be of high build quality and offer exceptional levels of specification as standard throughout – including Siematic kitchens by Stuart Fraser; integrated Neff appliances; oak veneered doors, security systems, block paving and a fully fenced & turfed rear garden, along with beautiful countryside views to enjoy from each plot.

Gill Mathison, founder of Create Homes commented: “I am very excited that we will be bringing to the market our new barn-style house types at ‘The Farriers’. As with all our homes, the design team have worked hard to incorporate all the latest trends for contemporary living into their design. I look forward to welcoming families to their new homes in this fantastic countryside location next year.”

Work will begin on site in January 2020, with properties released for reservation in the Spring.
