Create will bring to the table their considerable experience in the delivery of high-volume accommodation and will support Bricks Capital with their expertise in land appraisal, pre construction and build delivery – extending their pipeline of work as the Company continues its impressive growth.

Bricks Capital brings a different approach to property investment and management, overseeing  purpose-built student accommodation, hotel and residential projects across the UK, with a portfolio under construction in excess of £320 million.

The two companies will team up to create another two new truestudent projects in Morfa Road, Swansea and Discovery Quay, Salford.

This £34m contract to build a 706 bed student development of 25,500 m2, - comprises 484 individual suites, 192 ensuite rooms with shared lounges & kitchens, as well as 30 additional accessible rooms.

The ground floor amenity spaces contain a cinema, library, gym and large recreation area with a spiral slide which is accessed from a mezzanine deck. Further communal spaces throughout the development include a ‘sensory room’ to aid student relaxation, and a number of the very popular ‘Come Dine with Me’ suites, available for students to book and in which they can host dinner parties or cultural celebrations.

The building will be ready for student intake at the start of the academic year in September 2020

Discovery Quay, Salford
