Create awarded £6m student accommodation project
Blackpool-based Create Construction has been awarded a £6m student accommodation project in Exeter.The scheme, built on behalf of Maven Capital Partners, includes the construction of 98 luxury studio apartments and roof-top garden. The contract also covers asbestos removal and demolition of the existing building.

Planning the detailed design and construction methodology will see the best of our collaborative approach with the client and design teams. On completion, the building will provide an excellent student facility with extremely high design and quality standards.” Work has already commenced on site with a scheduled duration of 82 weeks and is due to be completed in July 2018.
