Skelmersdale's Construction Partnership UK has won a hat-trick of residential property contracts, worth a combined £17m.

CPUK will now build 110 homes across three sites, including an undeveloped 2.5 acre site at Hurst Green.

This is CPUK’s fifth project with Hillcrest Homes and the £6.4m contract will see 10 per cent of energy usage coming from renewable sources and a new football pitch being built for St Joseph’s RC Primary School.

Steve Burke, managing director of CPUK, said: “Hurst Green is a popular village in the heart of the Ribble Valley, close to the historic market town of Clitheroe and building the right sort of new homes helps the community, schools and local businesses.”

The firm will also build 36 new homes in Mossley with Altrincham's House Crowd, and 44 timber frame homes in Crumpsall with Breckside Estates of Prestwich.

Steve Burke added: “Negotiating three substantial contracts is a great way to start 2018 and we will continue to grow our order book as the year progresses. “It is also very satisfying to win repeat business from clients who understand and appreciate the clear benefits to everyone in negotiated agreements. More than 80 per cent of our work is repeat business and negotiated contracts.”
