Conkers Nursery sponsors Langho Football Club

Conkers Nursery has been named as arena sponsors at Langho Football Club on a three-year deal.

Conkers, based on Dewhurst Rd in Langho, will sponsor the naming rights of the ground for the next three years.

Langho FC is an FA Charter Standard accredited community club, which was founded in 1972 and provides opportunities for hundreds of male and female footballers, of all ages, in East Lancashire. The club has been rigorously adjudged to be well-run and sustainable, as well as prioritising child protection, delivering quality coaching and implementing the Respect programme.

The club currently has three senior men’s teams, 22 boys teams, one ladies’ team, one social inclusion team and three girls teams.

Emma Collins, director at Conkers Nursery, said: “We are absolutely delighted to announce this new sponsorship deal with Langho FC, a football club right in the heart of the community.

“The ethos of the club are very much about maximising potential and fulfilling aspirations, which is something we can relate to very well here at Conkers and we are looking forward to seeing where this journey takes us over the next three years.”

Conkers Nursery is purpose-built to offer a home-from-home childcare experience for children, with activities and resources, as well as planned and unplanned experiences encouraging all aspects of children’s learning and development. The nursery is split into four units including The Baby Unit (0-2 years), The Toddler Unit (2-3 years) and The Pre-School Unit (3-4 years).
