Complete named Digital & Marketing Business of the Year

Complete recently attended the Be Inspired Business Awards (BIBAs), where we were crowned ‘Digital & Marketing Business of the Year’. 

This event is run annually by the North & Western Chamber of Commerce and our award was sponsored by the wonderful Studio RTR.

For the last four years, we have been named as finalists for various awards at the event, so it means so much to us to have finally been chosen as a winner. 

We have also been recognised multiple times for the amazing Red Rose Awards, which are also held once a year. Applications are currently open for the Red Rose Awards!

We asked our CEO & Founder Tom Smith, what it means to win this award.

Here’s what he said… 

“What can I say…winners never quit and quitters never win!

It was incredible for Complete to be recognised by our peers as the best in our field, and it means the absolute world.

"15 years of hard work and dedication have brought us to this moment, and I couldn’t be prouder of each and every member of my team.

"This was our 4th year of being a finalist but every year we haven’t won we have learnt from and this year genuinely felt different.

"Anyone who knows me knows I can be relentless in pursuing my goals and this is one I will now, with a huge smile on my face, tick off my list.

"Standing up on stage last night amongst so many incredible Lancashire businesses was a pinch-me moment I don’t think I’ll ever forget.

Complete was founded in 2009, and we recently hosted our first-ever charity ball event to celebrate our 15th year in business.

For the event, we raised money for two incredible local charities, Lancashire Mind and Streetlife Blackpool. The event was a huge success, and we are incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved. 

The whole team is so proud to have won this award, and we are all excited about what’s next for the company.
