Company restructure strengthens management services

Robert Pinkus Property Management has undergone a full company restructure, including a new name and corporate facelift to reflect the new and improved services it offers.

Formerly known as Robert Pinkus (Management Services) Ltd., Robert Pinkus Property Management Ltd. (RPPM) is primarily responsible for the management of a large portfolio of commercial properties across all sectors in the North West and North Yorkshire region. RPPM acts for a wide variety of clients ranging from retailers, Local Authorities and national banks, to property developers and private investors.

All aspects of the company have come under extensive review and have been streamlined to enahnce the management services provided, which include advising clients and improving assets, dealing with tenants, legal, health and safety matters, overseeing maintenance issues, rent collection and management of administration of service charge.#

Adam Levene, managing director of RPPM, said: "Essentially we are still the same company with the same core principles. We are a small, personable team and we know our portfolio, clients and tenants inside out.
