Clook Internet bolsters customer support with three recruitsIt is our pleasure to announce that Phillip Backhouse, James Scott and Jack Wright have joined the company in recent weeks with all three working full time within the tech support department.
The investment in the workforce comes about as the department strives to maintain and improve support levels that are already renowned within the web hosting industry. Each of the new starters live locally and come from a technical background.
Phillip is an advocate of open source software, he's worked in support for many years and happiest when working on command line. When asked why he chose the role at Clook Phillip said "I heard great things about Clook's support and wanted to join an established team to hone my skills" In his spare time he likes to play tennis and fixing Windows computers by installing Linux on them.Phillip is joined by Jack, formally of Cox Automotive. His role will see him focus on helping clients with their email or website related technical issues. "I have a passion for learning new things, especially when it comes to web hosting and Linux". Outside of work he enjoys being a British Army Reservist, spending time with his two children, tinkering in game development, and watching rugby league.
The final recruit, James, studies Cyber Security at Lancaster University and has previous experience working within the web industry. He intends to bring his experience and technical knowledge to helping clients with their problems; "Being nearby my home working at Clook is ideal and the size of the company gives me the ability to demonstrate and expand my skills". Our entire organisation is thrilled to welcome Phillip, James & Jack to the team during an exciting time at Clook Internet. With new products in the pipeline and a huge investment in existing infrastructure we are all looking forward to what 2019 brings.
