Homebuilder Miller Homes is proudly announcing a successful feat at its Clitheroe development, Montague Place which has now sold its final homes just a few years after launching.

The builder has introduced a distinguished collection of high-quality builds to the area, comprising of 110 new homes, 33 affordable homes, as well as eight bungalows, providing accommodation for over 55s. Alongside the two-bedroom bungalows, Montague Place offered a mix of three- and four-bedroom properties.

As of February 2024, Miller Homes is proud to announce all of the homes have been sold, marking the success of this impressive project, since the site’s launch took place in mid-2020.

Of the buyers, 12% were first time buyers, taking advantage of generous schemes offered by Miller Homes, followed by 81% ‘second steppers’.

Clare Noakes, sales director of Miller Homes North West, commented: “It’s a true a testament to the quality of our homes and the strong demand for a range of well-crafted and diverse living spaces, for families at Montague Place. This achievement reflects the dedication of our team and the trust our customers place in Miller Homes.

"We’ve loved entering the Clitheroe community and are happy to continue forging relationships with those in the local area, as we build homes and communities at The Calders, not far away in Cliviger.”

A new homeowner on the development added: “Joining the Montague Place community has been an absolute delight. The decision to choose a Miller Home was an easy one, with their attention to detail, and the range of homes on offer.  The entire home-buying journey was remarkably smooth, and the Miller Homes team's genuine attentiveness made me feel not just a client, but a valued member of the community.”

To truly embed in the community, Miller Homes has consistently made substantial contributions to the local area in Clitheroe and Burnley. Notably, the company has recently supported the Ribble Valley Foodbank, with substantial donations their organisation over the years. Additionally, Miller Homes has continuously worked with local schools supporting their creative sides with art competitions and educational donations.

Miller Homes has also donated over £10,000 to 30 charity and community groups across  the North West with its  Community Fund Programme. This included Burnley based charity,  Ribble Valley Medical.

The completion of Montague Place paves the way for what is predicted to be a very strong year for Miller Homes in the North West. Recently, the builder announced it will be bringing over 300 much-needed new homes to Widnes at Lunts Heath Rise, and further land purchases across the region are set to be announced in the coming months.
