Clare celebrates 15 years at West Craven

Clare Bell has just celebrated 15 years’ service with local insurance company West Craven Insurance Services.

Clare, from Barnoldswick originally joined the company as an Administration Assistant, but has progressed during that time and is now Personal Lines Team Leader.

“Clare has been an excellent employee and is a trusted and valued member of our team,” said Lisa Clarkson, company director at West Craven Insurance Services.

“Clare epitomises what we stand for – she’s an expert in her field and she knows and understands our customers and the area we operate in.

“All good businesses value experienced staff that are good with people – especially those businesses that rely on great customer service. That’s why staff retention is so important and why it’s been such a pleasure to have Clare as a member of our team over the past fifteen years."

Clare said “I really enjoy my job. I love that here at West Craven we get to know our customers so well – we understand their circumstances in a way that some of the big online or call centre operations just can’t and they appreciate that. Working that way makes for a good relationship with our clients and that’s what I find satisfying.

“West Craven Insurance has been a big part of my working life and they have supported me and allowed me to progress in my career. It’s like a family really and I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else."
