Claire Hamilton appointed to head up Vincents Chorley office

Claire joins from Kirwans where she developed and grew the firm’s Southport branch. She began her law career in 2005, working as a legal secretary in what is now Vincents’ Penwortham office.

“As a private client specialist I often see the problems created by the lack of having a will or a Lasting Power of Attorney in place, issues which are so easily avoided by simply having your wishes documented properly in advance.

In addition to personal private client work, Claire will be talking to business owners about putting measures into place to protect their company in the event of accident, illness or death.

“We’ll be looking at holding events over the coming year, informing business owners how best to protect their company, their assets and their family’s financial security against the unexpected.”
