The festive celebrations started early this year in Bamber Bridge as reindeers and elves arrived at Bellway’s Grey Gables Farm development on Brindle Road.

The arrival of reindeers Biscuit and Boo accompanied by elves Holly and Frances brought great excitement to Bellway’s showhome opening event.

With the special guests charming visitors, the housebuilder officially opened the doors to two stunning showhomes; the fabulous four bedroom detached Oakwood and the delightful three bedroom detached Weston.

With an immaculate interior design in both properties, the showhomes perfectly showcase the style, space and specification of a Bellway home.

From open-plan kitchen diners, with practical utility rooms, to spacious lounges, well-appointed bedrooms and contemporary bathrooms, the properties have been expertly designed with modern lifestyles in mind.

Lynne Duxbury, sales manager at Bellway, says: “We are thrilled with the results of the showhomes at Grey Gables Farm; both properties look superb and feature an aspirational décor that really impressed visitors at the weekend.

“With Christmas just around the corner we wanted to bring festive cheer to the showhome opening event at Grey Gables Farm and the reindeers did just that!  Biscuit and Boo were a great hit with all guests, particularly the children.  There really was a festive feel to the weekend, with mulled wine and mince pies in abundance for guests as they wandered around the two showhomes, and advent calendars as gifts.”

There is currently a selection of three and four bedroom homes available at Grey Gables Farm, all freehold.

The Cherry house type is currently the Home of the Month, priced from £182,995.  For a limited period only, Bellway will pay 5% deposit towards this property, which means you need less than a £10,000 deposit to buy this beautiful new home.

So, if you are dreaming of a new home in the New Year in South Ribble, a visit to Grey Gables Farm is a must.

For further information, please contact Bellway on 01772 305537 (open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am until 5pm, Thursday from 10am until 7pm, and weekends from 11am until 5pm) or visit www.bellway.co.uk.
