Celebrations at KeyFleet for long serving staff

Dave Turner this week celebrates his three-year anniversary as head of sales and Janet Rompca celebrates six years at Ribble Valley-based vehicle leasing and fleet management specialist KeyFleet.

Dave heads up the sales operation of the business, which includes recruiting, training and daily management of the sales team, as well as working with manufactures, dealers and funders to make sure KeyFleet fleet management and vehicle funding offering is both competitive and effective.

As the operations and finance manager, Janet is responsible for all KeyFleet’s IT infrastructure, all FCA, BVRLA and funder compliance as well as running the finance team.

Dave Turner from KeyFleet said "These last three years have flown by, and I have loved every minute working for a great family run business. Having worked in the Motor Trade for 25 years I thought I had experienced everything I could, but I have learnt more in the last three years that I had in the previous 22."

Janet from KeyFleet added "Time flies when you’re having fun, where did six years go? Have thoroughly loved my time at KeyFleet, more importantly it has challenged me to develop new skills and knowledge from HR, Compliance and Finance.  Never a dull moment and the team are fantastic.

Working alongside directors Marc and Lee, Dave and Janet make up the management team and with the enthusiastic sales and operations team work together to provide the leading fleet management offering in the north west.
