Celebrating over a decade of partnership with Tiny Rebel

At Fagan & Whalley, we believe in the power of long-standing relationships and the importance of putting people at the heart of everything we do. Our unique partnership with Tiny Rebel, which began in 2013, exemplifies this ethos.

Over the past decade, we have worked closely with Tiny Rebel, supporting their growth from a small local brewery to a nationally recognised brand. This collaboration is a testament to our commitment to providing bespoke, unique contract logistics solutions that fuel the growth of our clients.

But what makes our partnership with the beer brand so special? And what’s the deal with that eye-catching, brightly coloured trailer? Let’s find out…

From a chance conversation in a local pub…

Like many of the best things in life, our journey with Tiny Rebel started with a chance encounter. Gaz and Brad, the owners of Tiny Rebel, began brewing in 2012, selling small batches to local bars and pubs in Newport. Like the lively bunch they are, some of our staff frequented these establishments, sparking an initial connection that would eventually grow into a robust partnership.

One evening, a coincidental conversation between our Newport Depot’s Operations Manager, Richard, and the Tiny Rebel team, led us to move their consignments over to Palletline. This offered a more cost-effective solution than their previous provider. And the rest is history!

To an ever-evolving, robust partnership

As Tiny Rebel expanded, so did the scope of our services. Today, we provide a comprehensive range of logistics solutions, from dedicated loads across the UK to the storage and distribution of their products. We handle everything from collecting raw materials from suppliers to delivering finished products via our groupage service or Palletline network. Our reliable and trusted service has become a cornerstone of Tiny Rebel’s operations, ensuring they can focus on what they do best – brewing exceptional beer.

Giving back to Tiny Rebel with their own branded trailer

Having established such a strong relationship with Tiny Rebel, we wanted to express our gratitude for their long-standing loyalty and support. So, in June this year, we proudly unveiled our eye-catching and one-of-a-kind Tiny Rebel branded trailer. The images speak for themselves – but you certainly wouldn’t miss this driving down the motorway!

This project took approximately nine months from concept to completion, and the trailer is now part of our fleet of over 200 vehicles, visiting all corners of the UK. Specifically, earlier in July, the vehicle attended The Great North West Truck Show in Manchester, where it came away with a third-place award in the Combination Category.

Supporting Rebel Fest 2024

Another standout example of our partnership’s success is Rebel Fest. This relatively new venture, featuring live music and food, has become a significant event just a few miles from Tiny Rebel’s brewery. We proudly supported Rebel Fest by providing their branded trailer as a bandstand and stage and assisting with logistics adjustments to ensure the event ran smoothly. The festival was a great celebration of local culture, bringing together people from all walks of life to eat amazing food, drink plenty of great beer and watch some fantastic local acts.

Talking about the partnership with the beer company, Simon Britton, General Manager at our Newport Depot, commented, “Working with Tiny Rebel is a pleasure because their team shares our values of innovation and boundary-pushing. Our strong day-to-day relationship is built on mutual trust and respect. Tiny Rebel knows they can rely on us to deliver solutions every time, no matter the challenge.”

So, if you’re looking to partner with a contract logistics solution – please give us a call on 01282 771983 or drop us a message here. To find out more about Tiny Rebel and the beer they offer, visit their website here.
