Mapleford Nursing Home in Accrington has been bought out of administration by Krinvest Care Group.
Mapleford is registered for 54 residents, but currently operates 43 single bedrooms and five en suites with the remaining space set aside for communal facilities.
It is now owned by Orbital Care Services, which is a division of the Krinvest Care Group.
Joanne Robinson-Randall said: "This is the fifth home to join our care home cluster, we also have two mental health hospitals, two Montessori nurseries and supported living, and a further two hospitals opening soon in other divisions of Krinvest.
"The plans for Mapleford are to focus on occupancy to bring our profit margin back and then we will transition the service over accordingly using our 'One best way' practices which will see the services all running the same, and a revamp of Mapleford’s décor and gardens."
