Business leaders gather to learn how to get fantastic results from their networking

Business owners and senior decision-makers from across Lancashire came together at Stanley House Hotel & Spa for a dedicated masterclass exploring how to get get fantastic results from networking.

Hosted by Karen Tems, founder of The Business Network Central & East Lancashire (BNCEL), the standalone event brought together experienced professionals for a morning of practical learning, discussion and shared insight into one of the most valuable skills in business.

Ddelegates explored how refining everyday habits, improving conversations and adopting a more strategic approach can lead to stronger relationships and better business opportunities.

Designed as an additional professional development event for BNCEL members, the masterclass encouraged participants to step back from their usual routines, exchange ideas and challenge one another's thinking in an open and collaborative environment.

Karen Tems said: "We all need to refresh our skills from time to time. This wasn't just for people who are new to networking, it was equally valuable for experienced professionals who wanted to reflect on what they're doing well and where they could improve. The range of experience in the room made for some fantastic discussions."

The session attracted business leaders from a wide range of sectors, demonstrating that effective networking remains a skill worth investing in, regardless of experience or industry.
