Bright skies to return for Blackburn Festival of Light

This year on the 16 November, at 5.30pm the skies of Lancashire will be lit up by the festival of light at the Grand Venue in Blackburn. 

This is a combined Saffron Group event where business meets community and people of all faiths, backgrounds and diversities come together to celebrate an evening of fun and laughter together.

This year our headline sponsor is JP Morgan Bank.
