Box Box launches new business growth programme

Box Box Solutions is launching a brand-new programme.

The Business Transformation Programme is a six-week group programme starting in November 2023, for business owners in North Lancashire or South Cumbria, that want to shift things up a gear.

The programme is made up of 6 days, over 6 weeks, for 10 business owners that will work together to create their plan for growth.

The business owners on the programme will create a supportive community where they can learn from each other, and feel the compassion, support and security of the group, which is so often the missing part of the puzzle for many business owners that can feel very isolated.  

Programme Outline:

day 1 - your business grounding – learn how to get, and keep, yourself and your entire team engaged with, committed to and excited for the growth journey ahead.

day 2 – high-level business plan – create your business strategy, your big picture, your big guiding goals for success.

day 3 – identity, market & offering – define what makes you, you!

day 4 – current state analysis – on day 4 we look at how to maximise our opportunities, reduce our chances of failure, and keep on top of the numbers.

day 5 – action planning – this is where the magic happens – we work on the practicalities of implementing your growth plan, and focus on how you take your plan and turn it into a course of action.

day 6 – track and maintain progress – conduct productive meetings, drive positive change, focus activities, accomplish goals.

This programme offers business owners a robust and proven sequence of practical workshops, with all the tools, templates and mechanisms needed to prepare and implement their growth plan.

In addition, going through this journey with a group of other business owners, sharing stories, ideas and best practices, allows those on the course to develop their strategy to an advanced and deep level.
