Can A Blackpool Bullion Dealer Be Voted the UK Bullion Dealer of the Year for the 3rd Year Running?

Blackpool based business, Chard, has been shortlisted for the 2017 UK Bullion Dealer of the Year. The award is hosted by the Bullion.Directory in recognition of the world’s leading bullion dealers.

Chard is one of the largest privately owned coin and bullion distributors in Great Britain. With over 50 years’ experience in the industry, founder Lawrence Chard, built up the business from sorting out coins at his grandmother’s amusement arcade to a multi-million pound international enterprise.

This family run company stocks a fascinating range of gold and silver bullion and collectable coins from mints around the globe. From ancient to modern, circulated to commemorative, hammered to milled, Chard caters to both investor and collector’s requirements.

Lawrence said “Being a finalist for the 2017 UK Bullion Dealer of the Year is a fantastic achievement. There are over 104 UK companies listed in the Bullion.Directory and we are proud to have reached the final. It is a huge motivator to improve and a great opportunity to spread the word that this Blackpool business is prepared to go the extra mile; The Golden Mile.

Our team are passionate about coins and bullion. Coins are not simply an item of monetary value, they are full of art and history, we often say 'If only coins could talk, what a story they would tell'. Our company motto is Inform, Educate and Inspire.

We love to share our knowledge, our websites are full of numismatic facts and figures and we regularly appear on Radio Lancashire discussing the latest coin news, coin collecting and investing in precious metals.

Last year, we created a Brexit IN/OUT medallion for voters who were confused about all the conflicting spin from politicians on both sides of the debate. The British Museum added them to their numismatic collection and they featured in the media as far afield as TV Tokyo in Japan.

For the last two years, against all odds, we have been voted UK Bullion Dealer of the Year. This year the competition will be fierce as we go head to head against some of the biggest European names in the industry. We need your vote.' If you would like to see show your support for Chard, you can vote for CHARD here. Voting closes at midnight on Friday 24 February 2017.
