Billian welcomes new account executive

Billian IT Solutions is delighted to welcome Rachel Goldenfield to the team as the company’s newest account executive. It will be Rachel’s responsibility to manage client relationships, build new ones and discover other business and partnership opportunities.

She joins the team from one of the world's largest student and youth travel agencies, where she managed key accounts and created bespoke and packaged holidays.

“Having worked as a travel agent, I know how important the right technology is to a successful travel company, and how it can impact the customer booking experience,” said Rachel.

“I believe my experience as an agent gives me the best understanding of what our customers are looking for in a travel technology solution and I can’t wait to bring their visions to life.”

Rachel’s first task on the job will be to learn the in’s and out’s of Billian’s extensive range of online booking products and tools, after which she will introduce herself and work with customers across the world.

“We are thrilled to have Rachel on board and can’t wait to see what fresh perspective and approach she will bring to the table,” said Victoria Jones, director at Billian. “We have no doubt that she will fit right in with the rest of the team.”
