Blackburn-based business consultancy Big Presence has launched a free service designed to help organisations identify untapped potential within their existing technology systems.
The Growth Gap Analysis assesses how businesses are using platforms such as HubSpot to identify inefficiencies, disconnected systems and missed opportunities that could be affecting revenue and productivity.
A key part of the service is identifying practical opportunities to introduce AI and automation into existing workflows, particularly around reporting, lead management and operational efficiency.
Andy Coles, director of growth solutions at Big Presence, said: "Most of the businesses we look at are sitting on growth they've already paid for.
"They've invested in tech, but they're using a fraction of it. The Growth Gap Analysis shows them, in hard numbers, what that gap is costing and how quickly it can be closed.
"The fastest-growing businesses right now are not the ones spending more. They are the ones getting more out of what they already have. That is exactly the gap we help them find."
Jonathan Finch, commercial director at Big Presence, said: "A lot of businesses don't realise how much inefficiency is already built into the way they operate.
"Once you make that visible, the opportunity becomes very clear. This is about helping companies see where value is being lost and giving them a practical way to act on it."
