Bespoke delivers new website for Clifton Trade Bathrooms

Digital agency Bespoke has launched a new website and digital marketing campaign for Clifton Trade Bathrooms to help support the B2B retailer’s expansion across the UK, after winning a three-way pitch earlier this year.

Clifton Trade Bathrooms currently has 26 depots across the north of England supporting local independent traders and their businesses.

“Face-to-face working has always been very much the norm in the trade world. Many tradespeople work independently and the relationship they have with their suppliers is personable and collaborative. 

“COVID has had a huge impact on this and, whilst the easing of restrictions has allowed some return to the accustomed ways, it has also highlighted the benefits of digital working for trades.

“The new website will provide a valuable tool to add to Clifton Trade Bathroom’s commitment to providing a service aimed at helping tradespeople with bathroom products and refits, with new functions that give traders remote support and additional features to help their businesses.  

“As well as adding new functions, the new website also represents an overall modernisation into the online experience expected in an increasingly competitive marketplace, providing a more user-friendly user experience that works well for both tradespeople and their customers.

“As well as underpinning Clifton’s national depot network expansion, our digital marketing retainer will also aim to build the customer base online, attracting new customers to Clifton.”  

Employing 12 staff in both Lancashire and London, Bespoke is a lead generation specialist agency. As well as designing and building websites, the agency also delivers online campaigns through retainers to help in-house marketing teams maximise their returns from their online spend.
