Bensons for Beds selects MHA Moore and Smalley as audit partner

Lancashire accountancy and business advisory firm MHA Moore and Smalley has been appointed as external auditor by Bensons for Beds.

Headquartered in Accrington, the bed retailer has 170 stores nationwide, a manufacturing operation in Cambridgeshire, three UK distribution centres, and a significant e-commerce operation.

Bensons was founded as a general store by Cyril Benson in 1950 and went on to launch its first bed centre in 1972. It has grown significantly over the years, acquiring several high-profile bed brands to become one of the largest bed retailers in the UK.
