Building on its enviable reputation in Bolton, Bellway has acquired further land in Westhoughton for 183 new homes.
This latest plot of land will form a new phase at Bellway’s popular Royal Bowland Park development, located off The Fairways, offering a range of one, two, three and four bedroom properties.
Each of the homes has been expertly designed to an exceptionally high standard, with the properties both energy efficient and modern in style.
Work on site has started, with first occupancy scheduled for February 2026.
Grace Yarlett, sales director at Bellway, comments: “Following on from the success of our earlier phases at Royal Bowland Park, we are pleased to unveil plans for 183 additional homes at the development.
“Build is progressing well, so we urge potential buyers to get in touch.”
As part of the planning conditions, Bellway has made significant financial Section 106 contributions to the locality, including £594,326.79 towards education, £120,000 towards local highway improvements, £18,000 towards nearby junction enhancements and revalidation, plus £5,000 towards Public Right of Way. There will also be 64 affordable houses on site.
Grace adds: “We are really pleased with the plans for this new phase at Royal Bowland Park and are confident the mix of house types proposed will ensure we appeal to a broad spectrum of buyer in Bolton and the surrounding areas.”
Bellway worked with APD Architects on the scheme, as well as solicitors Gateley and Gowling WLG.
