Beer and Coffee Festival Success

By Carringtons Coffee Co

11 May 2022

The event organised and hosted by Carringtons Coffee Co was attended by over 200 festival goers at the weekend as they enjoyed beer and specialty coffees throughout an afternoon of live music and local food stalls.     While the mini heatwave played no small part in the success of the day, it was the family and dog friendly vibe that created a great atmosphere and also the coming together of coffee lovers and Accidental Brewery's patrons, hailing from nearby Lancaster.     Coffee roasters and musicians, Suzy and Alex Carrington, took to their stage made of coffee pallets and performed live acoustic covers and requests all day, closing the mini festival with a special thanks to local businesses Wrap Ninjas, Sunshine Bakes and not least Accidental Brewery who collaborated with Carringtons earlier this year to produce a coffee stout, which was available on tap during the event. It was a sold out event in terms of food and bake sales and even the beer required restocking from the Morecambe based brewery, earlier in the day.     Carringtons Coffee Co offers a roasted coffee subscription where you get a new, ethically sourced, specialty coffee, direct from the Carnforth based coffee roastery, every month. Join the local and wider community today by signing up to coffee at carringtonscoffee.com starting from £9.50 per month, delivered.    Photos by Nick Carrington.
