BBC Apprentice star to speak at Blackpool Business Expo

Former BBC Apprentice star, Neil Clough will be inspiring delegates at Blackpool’s first ever Business Expo on 25th Feb 2015.

Most known for winning the hearts of the nation and the respect of Britain's business titans during his appearance on the BBC hit TV series, Neil is now one of the most highly sought after motivational speakers in the UK.

Since his Apprentice appearance, Neil has built his own highly successful sales training and recruitment business, as well as being a key figure in the leadership teams of two other successful UK businesses.

My travel Pal is a franchise opportunity that will be presented to business people on the Fylde. This opportunity will help promote the regeneration that is currently on going in the area and provide a much-needed boost to the local economy.

The right man who had the wrong plan for Lord Sugar will share his journey openly in his speaking, explaining his routes to sales success at Blackpool Business Expo which is set to attract businesses from throughout Lancashire and beyond.

Co-organised by Blackpool-based management consultancy, Rosewood Keen Management Services (RKMS) and Launch Events NW, businesses are invited to exhibit, network and benefit from a wealth of free business information and advice.

Speaking about the expo, RKMS Managing Director, John Keen said: "As a Blackpool-based company, over the years RKMS have benefited from the success of attending and exhibiting at business expos in other areas throughout the North West.

“I want to allow local businesses in the Blackpool Fylde and Wyre areas to benefit by holding a local event, both as a catalyst for stimulating local business to business trade, whilst providing access to various support networks."

The company is passionate about using local companies where possible, and is hoping to promote this ethos by hosting Blackpool’s very first dedicated business expo.

With full support from Blackpool council, the event will empower local business communities by giving them a platform to showcase their products and services.

John added: “It’s evident that business people achieve greater success from communicating with their buyers and customers face to face. My vision is to encourage this by giving local businesses the opportunities to build solid relationships.”

Event Organiser, Nichola Howard said: “This event will create networking opportunities amongst local companies, also reaching out to a wider audience to attract business into the area helping to build a thriving local economy from the grass roots up, this type of growth is sustainable for future generations to come.
