Barnfield submits plans for 11 acre industrial site in Burnley

Barnfield Construction has submitted a planning application for an 11 acre industrial site on Rossendale Road, Burnley.

Advance Point will be built over two phases: the first will comprise of 36 industrial units starting in size from 2,100 sq ft for  sale and rental; proposals for the second phase will be considered during 2020.

Tim Webber, managing director of Barnfield, said: "We are hugely excited to be bringing forward these proposals. Situated between junctions 9 and 10 of the M65, this site offers strong connectivity for business and significant opportunity to relocate or expand in a modern and well thought through development.”

Local commercial property agent Trevor Dawson has been appointed to market the scheme. Michael Cavannagh, director at Trevor Dawson, added: "There has been a lack of speculative development along the M65 in recent years however the market has moved on and there is pent up demand for schemes such as Advance Point which will be a great asset to the market."
