How do we make it happen?

Make sure your brand is working for you. Make the most of your online presence. Is your website a good reflection of you? Shout about any team activities/social aspects – let people know that your employees are having fun!

Nurture your current employees. Nothing beats word of mouth marketing, they are your ambassadors in the local community.

Take advice from industry specialists or recruiters to benchmark your remuneration offering to existing and new employees.

Use flexible working policies to attract talent from competitors.

Remember, an interview is a two-way street. First impressions count, a welcoming reception is crucial. Be prepared to sell your business.
