TrainingStation is a leading recruitment and training provider, delivering bespoke solutions to individuals and companies across the UK.

Formed by directors Andrea Fielding and Lisa Whiteoak in 2010, TrainingStation delivers Intermediate, Advanced and Higher Apprenticeships, as well as commercial training in a wide variety of occupations.

As our reputation grows, so does our list of successes. We are a small company delivering a very personal service and are committed to providing first class skills and training solutions which will ensure better employability for people across the country.

We pride ourselves on providing tailor-made training services to both businesses and learners.

Our team of highly-skilled assessors and trainers share the same passion for the company’s ethos and work hard to ensure our learners achieve their qualifications and a brighter future.

We work with a range of businesses across the UK delivering all levels of training and qualifications ranging from administration, retail and customer service through to leadership and management.

We are specialists in providing bespoke training for the travel industry and are an accredited ABTA partner.

Case study: Althams Travel Services

In January this year, one of our apprentices was named National Intermediate Apprentice of the Year.

Shannon Green, 20, who works at the Farnworth branch of Althams Travel Services, scooped the top accolade at the final of the 14th National Apprenticeship Awards.

She was the only travel apprentice in the country to make it through to the grand final, beating off competition from thousands of entrants across the UK.

Althams is committed to bringing through homegrown talent and TrainingStation has created a bespoke training programme to support and nurture the whole team. We first started working with Shannon in 2014.

She joined the award-winning independent travel agent as a Travel Apprentice and has achieved NVQ Diplomas in Travel Service Level 2 and 3. Following her promotion to assistant manager, she has also achieved an Apprenticeship Diploma in Team Leading and is about to embark on her Diploma in Management.

Shannon now acts as a mentor to the branch’s new apprentice, so the cycle of success continues.
