The Applebridge Family, a leading name in the construction industry has chosen Chorley as the base of its North West operations as part of its ongoing strategic expansion.
With a target of £10m in revenue during its first year in the North West, the Chorley office will serve as the headquarters for Applebridge's regional team.
The business is actively recruiting additional talent, including a commercial director to support its growing client base and project portfolio.
Applebridge has taken over the first floor at Balmoral House, Ackhurst Business Park, Chorley.
Northern Trust has announced that the 1,263 sq ft modern office suite has been leased on a five-year agreement and marks the latest addition to the park’s vibrant business community.
