Anderton Gables recruits experienced dilapidations specialist

Project and building consultancy Anderton Gables has appointed dilapidations specialist John MacMillan.

John has extensive experience in technical advisory matters including landmark dilapidations claims of up to £10m and pre-acquisition building surveys of individual properties and portfolio transactions up to £50m.
