A Lancashire based strategic advisory firm focused on the SME sector has been acquired by a growing Manchester professional services group.
AMS Group says the deal for Verve Co, for an undisclosed sum, will accelerate the launch of its new mid-market consulting division.
Verve Co, based in Bilsborrow, was founded by Oliver Burton, former chief executive of Lancashire law firm Forbes.
